These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Belge AI application (“Belge AI”, “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Belge AI, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Belge AI provides tools for working with PDF and other supported documents.
Depending on the version of the App, available features may include:
Features may be changed, added, suspended, or removed at any time.
Belge AI uses artificial intelligence to provide certain features.
AI-generated results may contain errors, inaccurate information, missing information, or misinterpretations.
AI-generated content should not be considered professional, legal, financial, medical, tax, or other expert advice.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before relying on them.
Belge AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for the documents and information you submit to Belge AI.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process the documents you submit.
You must not use Belge AI to process content in violation of applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
Belge AI may provide a limited number of AI operations to users without an active Premium subscription.
The current free allowance is 5 AI operations.
The allowance is associated with an anonymous installation identifier and is not necessarily reset when the application is deleted and reinstalled.
The free allowance may be changed in future versions of the App.
Belge AI may offer paid Premium subscriptions that provide additional features or remove certain usage limitations.
The currently available Premium subscription may provide unlimited AI usage while the subscription remains active.
Subscription availability, pricing, duration, and included features may change.
The exact terms presented to you on the App Store at the time of purchase apply to your subscription.
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store.
Apple is responsible for processing payments and managing the subscription transaction.
Subscription management, cancellation, and renewal are handled through your Apple account and Apple's App Store subscription system.
Belge AI does not process or store your payment card information.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's applicable subscription rules.
You can manage your subscription through your Apple account's subscription settings.
Belge AI may verify your Apple subscription with Apple's services in order to determine whether Premium access is active.
Premium access may depend on successful verification of the applicable App Store transaction.
If a subscription expires, is revoked, refunded, or otherwise becomes inactive, Premium features may become unavailable.
Belge AI and its original software, design, interface, branding, logos, and other components are owned by or licensed to the developer of Belge AI.
Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not:
You retain your rights to documents and content that you provide to the App, subject to the rights and permissions necessary for Belge AI to process that content and provide the requested services.
You agree not to use Belge AI to:
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its infrastructure, or other users.
We aim to keep Belge AI available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, server failures, network problems, third-party service outages, Apple's services, AI provider availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Belge AI may rely on third-party services, including Apple, Google Gemini, Render, Neon, and other infrastructure providers.
The availability and functionality of third-party services are outside our direct control.
Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
Belge AI is a software tool and does not provide professional advice.
Information produced by the App must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
This is particularly important for legal, financial, medical, tax, contractual, employment, or other high-impact matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Belge AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying important information produced by the App before relying upon it.

We may update Belge AI and these Terms from time to time.
Updates may include changes to features, AI models, usage limits, Premium features, subscription offerings, pricing, or technical infrastructure.
Continued use of the App after applicable changes may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using Belge AI at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service where necessary because of violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, attempts to circumvent technical or usage restrictions, security concerns, or legal requirements.
Termination of access does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
